About
Seeds of Faith is a prevention-first economic empowerment initiative of WEModel USA NWECare, Inc., a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We work with women, young adults and communities facing economic vulnerability and increased risk of exploitation. Our approach connects practical training, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, agriculture, fashion, media visibility and market access so participants can build income, ownership and long-term stability.
Our work currently centers on a Ghana-based farming and fashion proof of concept and a U.S.-based 16-week entrepreneurship and financial empowerment program serving at-risk women, including women veterans. Together with local partners and the B.O.S.S.E.S. media and marketplace platform, Seeds of Faith helps turn skills into visibility, opportunity and economic participation.

Dr. Patricia A. Watts, MSA
U.S. Army Veteran | Retired Federal Executive | Entrepreneur | Global Impact
Our Founder
Dr. Patricia A. Watts is a decorated 22-year U.S. Army veteran, retired federal executive, entrepreneur, and global strategic leader with nearly four decades of military and federal public service. Her career spans national security, intelligence, strategic communications, cyber strategy, technology innovation, public diplomacy, international partnerships, and stakeholder engagement across the U.S. defense and diplomatic communities.
Throughout her government career, Dr. Watts held leadership and strategic positions supporting the Joint Staff, U.S. Cyber Command, Army Intelligence, and the U.S. Department of State. At the Department of State's Global Engagement Center, her leadership responsibilities included serving as Director of Technology Engagements and in senior acting leadership roles, helping advance technology-enabled approaches, strategic partnerships, and institutional engagement in support of U.S. national-security and foreign-policy objectives.
Following her federal retirement in 2025, Dr. Watts expanded her entrepreneurial and humanitarian work as Founder & CEO of WEModel USA LLC and Founder & President of WEModel USA NWECare, Inc. Through WEModel USA, she integrates strategic communications, media, culture, technology, creative services, leadership, and stakeholder engagement to build opportunities across government, industry, entertainment, and international markets.
Through the Seeds of Faith Initiative, Dr. Watts leads a prevention-first approach to combating human trafficking by addressing economic
vulnerability before exploitation occurs. The initiative advances women's economic empowerment through agriculture, entrepreneurship,
financial literacy, workforce development, and sustainable income-generation pathways, with programming expanding across Ghana and
the United States.
Her distinguished service and leadership have been recognized through numerous military, federal, civic, and national honors, including the
Bronze Star Medal, Legion of Merit, and 2024 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award
